Mono League. The new ’22 ’23 season is up and running, after having our first meeting of the year last week we have the new Mono League drawn up and ready for action, with 56 players lining out it leaves 14 team taking part, the committee have decided to play a round of games every evening or night of the week, this will leave one alley free every night for the juvenile coaching and juvenile leagues when they start, with such a large number of players we ask that all players be on time for their respective game, the layout of fixtures will bring the end of the league up to the beginning of the Christmas break, and we will possibly run off semi’s and the final during the Christmas holidays, and this will leave the new year for singles & doubles both within the club and county and allow for Ulster fixtures as they arrive, the Mono fixtures should be out with all players now with the first games being played Monday coming the 26th, good luck to all taking part.

Registration. Registration is now been lifted, Croke Park were looking to get paid direct but as of yet we haven’t be able to set the system up, the fee for the year is 50 Euro for adult playing members (this covers Croke Park, club membership, insurance and possible fee of 5 euro X 2 for singles and double in county championships), students 20 Euro, juveniles 10 Euros and non-playing members 10 Euros.

Up Coming Events. Ulster have set up a new development officer and have intended running off some under age blitz’s in the not too distance future, so we will keep all in the loop and hopefully be able to organise some of our young players to travel to some of the events.

Alley Bookings. As stated the Mono League will be running over each night of the week and will be played in a different alley each night, so after all coaching and juvenile leagues are finished each night anyone wishing to play practise games it is very important that the free

alley is booked in advance as the teams playing on that night might want to play in both alleys as to speed games up, so booking of the free alley is vital!!!!!!!!!!.

AGM. We will be holding our annual general meeting next Thursday the 29th of September in St.Mellans Complex 8pm sharp, all old and new members are more than welcome to have their say in the organising and running of the club, we would like to see some new parents taking part and give their views from their prospective as the children are the future, as job application says “experience NOT essential”, see you all there!.
