Junior Championship

Last weekend’s match against Killeevan was postponed due to the sad passing of Killeevan player Dion Conlon. We would like to express our condolences to his father Brian & family and all at Killeevan GAA club. Ar dheis De go raibh a hanam dilis.

This Saturday we travel to Clones for our final group match – throw-in in St.Tiernachs Park is at 5.30pm

 

U-13’s

Our U-13’s had a good victory over Corduff in the Div 3 Cup last Tuesday evening 4-08 to 1-08. We face the same opposition again this Wednesday in the play-off – throw-in in Corduff is at 6.30pm

 

U-17’s

Well done to our U-17’s who had a good win on the road against Donaghmoyne last Sunday morning 3-12 to 0-12. Next up is a trip to Clones on Sunday 18th Sept at 12.00pm

 

Killanny Ladies

Hard luck to our U-14 girls who were narrowly beaten in the Div 2 Championship Finakl last Sunday by Aughnamullen 0-12 to 1-07

U-16 Div 1 Championship Semi-Final; Castleblaney 8-09 Killanny 5-07

Unfortunately, it wasn’t to be for our U-16’s last Tuesday evening in their Championship Semi-Final against Castleblaney. In a what was a very entertaining game, the girls certainly played their part and should be super proud of the effort and performance they all put in. A big thank you to the management team for all their work with the team throughout the year.
