Intermediate Championship: We hosted Magheracloone last Sunday in Tully in rd. 4 of the championship. This was a stern tussle between two top of the table teams, but Magheracloone raised their game sufficiently to gain the upper hand with some very late scores to take the points. The scoreboard was not a true reflection of the teams and although Emyvale will be disappointed in the loss, we also can be confident that there is another gear to be selected.

Our final Championship round robin game is another tough game away to Corduff on Sunday at 2pm.

Hopefully we will have a large traveling support to cheer the lads on in this important fixture.

U17’s: the Div 1 team and Div 3B teams were just edged out in games last week. Very little in the end scores and with a lot of guys missing – everyone put in a huge effort. Training this week will take place on Tuesday and Thursday 7:30pm – 8:45pm. The next match in the U17 D3B team will take place on Saturday 17th Sept 2022 against Monaghan Harps in Monaghan at 12:00 pm. The next match in the U17 D1 Championship will take place on Sunday 18th Sept 2022 against Scotstown in Tully at 12pm.

U15’s: Training as normal. They are in Championship semifinal action this Saturday at 12 noon V Truagh in Truagh. Good luck to all the guys involved and all support will be greatly appreciated.

U13’s: On Saturday last they played Inniskeen in terrible conditions in what proved to be their last championship game of the season. The lads put a huge effort in but unfortunately a late goal scuppered our chances of a semifinal place. It was a tough outcome as the lads really did push hard and played as a team. Thanks to the parents who braved the weather to support the team. They have a u13 tournament in Greenlough Co. Derry to look forward to on the 17th of this month. Training Information will be sent via text.

U11’s: Training Monday and Thursday from 7 to 8pm.

U9’s: Training resumes as normal. Another great blitz last week in Tully. Clones and Currin were the visitors. A super evening for one and all.

U7’s: Training as usual on Friday evenings.
