Seniors. We had a good win over Oram in the quarter final last Saturday afternoon. In what was a close affair we held out for a hard fought two-point win. We now play Clones on Saturday week in the semi-final. Hopefully, we can get a long list of injuries cleared up somewhat by then.U17.  St Pats lost out by two points in a high scoring and exciting affair on Sunday last to Monaghan Harps. St Pats stepped up their performance in the second half and got ahead close to the finish. However, Harps struck for a late goal to take the spoils. This group have given great excitement right up through the age levels and again this season. We hope now to see these lads playing adult football next season. Thanks to the management team of Donal, Jason, Aidan, Kevin and Darryl for all their efforts. Thanks also to the late Mary Duffy who was the team first aider all year.  The game was marred by a bad arm injury to Martin Quinn that required surgery on Monday. We wish Martin who had a super season with the minors a very speedy recovery.U15.   We play Doohamlet in the Championship final in Cremartin this coming Saturday at 12pm. Please come along and support the boys. It will be a very difficult task now given that the teams talisman and captain Martin Quinn is ruled out by injury. U9. We hosted a blitz last Saturday morning with Scotstown, Tyholland and Clontibret all in attendance. An exciting mornings football was had by all. We are deeply saddened on the sudden death of Mary Duffy, Drumhowan.  Mary was heavily involved in many aspects of the club over several decades and was awarded Club Volunteer of the year in 2021. She will be sorely missed by her family, friends and colleagues near and far. May she rest in peace.
