Emyvale G.A.A Weekly Club Notes 25-08-22

Upcoming Games: Thur. 25th U15 Div. 2 Championship Rd.2 , Emyvale away to Latton at 7:15pm.

Monday 29th U17 Div. 1 Championship Rd. 2, away to Harps at 7pm.

Tuesday 30th U17 Div. 3B Rd. 2 at Home to Scotstown at 7pm.

Thursday 1st Sept. U15 Div. 2 Championship Rd. 3 away to Sean’s at 7pm.

Emylott Jackpot has now hit €5,300!!: This week’s Emylott Results for Monday 22nd August 2022. Numbers Drawn were 1,2,5,11 There was NO Jackpot winner. There were 3 match 3 winners Bronagh Hamill, George Cullivan and Mary Mc Caffery. Promoters Prize: Monica Mc Kernan Vincent Mulligan. Intermediate: No fixtures until 3rd September.

U17’s: U17 Div 1 Championship round 1 game was an away fixture on Monday night, unfortunately Emyvale lost out. The 2nd round game is on Monday night away to Monaghan Harps at 7pm. Div. 3B championship game was played on Tuesday night V Donaghamoyne, no result at time of print and the next game is Tuesday the 30th at home V Scotstown at 7pm. Good luck to all

U15’s: Training as normal. They had their First game of their Championship V Inniskeen was last week and a great. The next game is this Thursday night V Latton at 7:15pm in latton. No result at time off print. Good luck to all

U13’s: Management will text with training times and days. They have a few weeks before the next Championship game so they need all lads at training. Best wishes to our U13 players who are starting secondary school this week.

U11’s: Training Monday and Thursday from 7 to 8pm. The next game in Liam Stirrat league is Saturday the 27th at 11am at home V Latton. Good luck lads


U9’s: Training resumes as normal. The Currin blitz was called off last Saturday due to poor weather but more games and blitzes are due soon.

U7’s: Training as usual on Friday evenings. More blitzes to follow soon

Drumragh Sarsfields Blitz: our Under 11 1/2 age had a super day out last Saturday at Drumragh . They lost in the Semifinal of the Cup to Kilcoo but it was a very enjoyable day for all.

Tully Camp: our Tully camp finishes up this Friday and a great turn out so far. Well done to all who took part and now each child has their own football, practice at home as much as you can to develop all the new skills learnt at the camp. Thanks to all the Coaches for helping out.

Good Luck: best of luck to children from the club who are returning to school over the next week or so and to those starting out on a new journey in Secondary School. Summer goes quick but it has been a good one for all
