Slotto: Our Slotto Jackpot of €8,100 last Saturday was not won! The numbers drawn were 2,4,6,10. We had two match three winners this week sharing in the €100 pot; Tom Farrelly and Olivia Leonard! Intermediate League: Hard luck to our senior men who left Doohamlet on the wrong side of a 1-16 to 1-12 final scoreline last Friday evening. The lads welcomed Cremartin on Tuesday past for Round 7 of the IFL with results on socials.

Reserves: Our Reserve men welcome Clontibret to St. Patrick’s park on Sunday for Round 10 of the Division 3 League. Throw in at 2pm but subject to change so keep an eye on socials!

 

Minors: Our U17 lads return to the pitch tonight (Thursday) with an away game to Inniskeen. Results on socials. This is followed by a trip to Scotshouse on Monday 27th when they play amalgamated team Patrick Sarsfields.

 

U15s: Our U15 lads travel back to Inniskeen for Round 1 in the Division 2 shield next Thursday 30th.

 

U13: Our U13s travelled south to Inniskeen on Tuesday past and came away with a great result of 4-17 to 2-05. That brings this group to the league final with details to be confirmed!!

 

GOGames: Many thanks to Drumhowan for hosting the Go Games fun on Saturday past, our U7 boys and girls had a great morning. Our U9 boys and girls are taking part in Monaghan Harps games this Saturday at 10am.

 

Ladies:

Seniors: Our Senior Ladies were due to play Round 5 of the Reserve League v Brigid O’Neill’s last Sunday. Unfortunately, this was postponed at very short notice due to a shortage of referees. The game was replayed on Tuesday past. See next week’s notes for details & results.

 

U18’s: Best of luck to our Minor girls who travel to Killanny this evening (Thursday) for a 6:45pm throw in.

 

U12’s: Our U12 ladies played a challenge match against Madden yesterday evening. It is great to see these girls playing so much football & getting the opportunity to develop their skills each week!

 

Comhgairdeas: Congratulations to Liam Tiernan, Shane Sherry and Tiernan Treanor who played in the Monaghan U14 county development squad against Cavan last week!

 

Field Development: We are weeks away from officially opening our new improved grounds and we are excited to be on the home stretch! We have a great opportunity for anyone who would like to sponsor pitchside signs on our new field.
