Results

Mixed week of results for the teams of the club. Our U11’s made the trip to Doohamlet last Thursday and in a highly entertaining encounter lost out by 1 point. When these sides met earlier in the year, there was a sizeable difference in the score line, so to be so competitive this time round shows the hard work and effort this group has been putting in. The seniors were away to table toppers Killanny on Friday night and the Geraldines certainly showed they are the form team in the Junior league with a comfortable win. The one highlight from a Rockcorry perspective been Gerry Larmers goal from distance that was described as been a “tasty finish” by the Killanny twitter account. Our U13’s were in winning form when they overcame Doohamlet on Saturday in the league. That result should be enough to see the side into the Division 4 shield final. Well done also to our U7’s who attended a blitz at St Tiarnachs Park Clones.

Fixtures

With underage competitions moving into the knock out stages, it is a quite week of action with the one fixture of note been our Senior Reserves who welcome Latton to Paric Mhuire on Sunday afternoon at 2pm.
