Our Seniors defeated Blackhill last weekend in a tough encounter which saw them run out eventual winners on a score line of 1-13 to 0-11. They play Emyvale in Annaghminnon tomorrow evening (Wednesday 22nd) at 8pm. All support welcome. Admission €10 can be paid by cash or card with our new Card Machine.

The Reserves play Castleblayney away on Friday evening at 8pm. All support welcome.

We had three teams participating in our last Blitz on Saturday last in Inniskeen. We had some fantastic performances, and the boys are developing the basic skills of the game very well. Training continues Wednesday evenings at 6pm and on Saturday mornings at 9am. Our next Blitz is on Saturday, July 2nd in Donaghmoyne.

Our Division 1 team had a great battle against Donaghmoyne last Tuesday, but it was the Mitchells who came out on top by five points. Our Division 5 team also had a great win over Scotstown and won by nine points. Our Division 6 team had a good physical battle with Truagh away and again came up trumps by nine points. They then played Aughnamullen in a humdinger of a game on Saturday but lost by the smallest of margins. The Division 5 team defeated Castleblayney by five points last Sunday.

Fixtures for next week to be confirmed.

Our U17’s are back in action this week with an away game to Latton on Thursday evening (23rd) at 7.30pm. They then play Donaghmoyne at home (venue to be confirmed) on Monday evening at 7.30pm.
