Campa Samraidh/Summer Camp

Tá CLG Chill Laobháin/Lios Darach le Gaeilge ag eagrú Camapa Samraidh i mbliana. Lios Darach ele Gaeilge and Killeevan Sarsfields with the help of Killeevan National School are organising a Summer Camp to bring a touch of the Gaeltacht experience here!! Beidh Sport, ceol, comhrá , sproi srl. ann. The camp will include Football, music conversation, FUN etc. You can register your child or get further information via Killeevan and Lios Darach le Gaeilge facebook pages or contacting Mary 0863795403 or Brian 0868078984 (Camp going ahead depends on numbers/there’s only a limited number of spaces available)

Maith Thú Ultan/Well Done Ultan Maith thú Ultan, imreoir óg peile Chill Laobháin a imrionn imánaíocht leis Castleblayney Hurling. Huge well done to Ultan Martin, a young Killeevan footballer who played at @féilenangael with his adopted hurling club, Castleblayney Hurling, at the Meath centre of excellence in Dunganny yesterday. Chaill siad, sa deiridh thiar thall sa cluiche ceannais. They sadly lost out in the the final to very strong New York team, this was a great experience and very well run competition. Ach Níl Ultan críochnaithe ansin!! Ultan will also be representing Monaghan on the day of the All Ireland hurling final in Páirc an Chrócaigh, as part of the Cumann na mBunscol, half time game.
