Carrickmacross Emmets Club Notes Tuesday 8th March

Fancy a bit of spring cleaning while helping to raise funds for our club? Cash for clothes is coming to the Emmets, June Bank Holiday weekend! All men’s, women’s and children’s clean clothing, paired shoes, handbags and belts welcome!

Bags can be left at Platinum Tanks Park Donaghmoyne Road from mid April. We will post an update nearer the time.

Following on from last years success the Carrickmacross Emmets Club committee has decided to continue the Club 300 Draw this year! As the title suggests it is open to three hundred people all of whom have the opportunity to enter twelve monthly draws. €500 is the top prize each month as well as 5 chances to win €100. We hope to start it in April! The money raised from this fundraiser will go towards the continued development of Carrickmacross Emmet’s GFC. More details to follow!

Huge congratulations to the Patrician High School u16 team who o overcame Loreto, Milford in the Rafferty Cup Final. Final score was 3-05 to 0-12.

Congratulations to Jack Carolan, Matthew Carolan, Oran Finnegan, Declan Lynch and Niall Meehan who made the Monaghan minor panel for 2022.
