Drive in Bingo

Our Drive in Bingo continues every Saturday night at 8pm at the club grounds. The Jackpot is currently sitting at €3050 with a nightly prize fund of €1350 to be given away. So why not just on the night and beep for the line and honk for the house. 50/50 draw also on the night giving you more chances to win. Thank you for your continued support of our fundraising event.

50/50 weekly draw

Congratulations to Emer Mc Geough who was the winner of the weekly 50/50 jackpot on Monday night past. Entries are now open for next Monday nights draw which takes place at 8pm with entries closing at 5pm on the same day. Any entries received after that time will be included in the following weeks draw. The link to enter is available via our social media channels and also on the Rockcorry GAA app which is now free to download.

Ireland Lights up

Reminder that the lights are on at the club ground car park every Thursday evening from 7pm to 9pm for those who wish to get out for a walk. We would ask that everyone attending please sign in and proceed to walk anticlockwise around the marked route. 4 laps of the carpark will give you 1km, so happy walking.

Allianz League

The Allianz National football league returns this weekend with Monaghan making the trip to the Athletic Grounds in Armagh to face the homeside who are unbeaten in their opening 2 games. Throw in for that one is on Saturday evening at 5:30 with tickets now available online via the GAA website or from participating Centra and Super Valu stores. Entry to the game is by ticket only with no tickets on sale outside of the ground. Full live commentary will also be carried on the local radio station Northern Sound. The ladies will also be in action this weekend as they look to follow up on their victory over Cavan when they face Tyrone on Sunday at 2pm.

Sports Capital Grant

The future is bright for the club and it certainly will be now as the news arrived with the committee last week that a substantial Sports Capital grant has been secured for the erecting and fitting of floodlights at our club grounds. A massive thank you to all those who worked on this application and we look forward to getting starting on the project very shortly.

Condolences

The Rockcorry GAA club and committee extend their sympathies to our Senior player Andrew Mc Phillips and the Mc Phillips family on the passing of Moira Mc Phillips.
