Corduff Gaels Lotto:

There was no winner of Corduff Gaels Lotto which took place last Sunday 5^th December 2021. The jackpot was €3,500. Numbers drawn were 6,11,19 and 22.Congratulationsto the 5 lucky dip winners Raymond Byrne (Yearly), Michelle Muldoon (Online), Jacqueline Scotson (Online), Adrian McGarrell c/o Rheanne and Alice ward c/o John Joe. This week’s jackpot is €3,600.

Remember you can play the Lotto online from the comfort of your home, anywhere in the world and we encourage you to support our Lotto especially during this pandemic as it’s the only form of income and provides much needed funds for the club.

The online provider is Club Force and the link to play the Lotto is available on Corduff GAA pages on Facebook and Twitter or you can download the Club Force App. Many online options are now available so go online and buy your lotto because if you’re not in you can’t win! Corduff Gaels AGM: Corduff Gaels AGM was held recently in a socially distanced manner in the main hall in Corduff Raferagh Community Centre. As this is the most important meeting of the year the 2021 season was reviewed while looking forward to the 2022 season. The following officers were elected : Chairperson Peter McGarrell, Vice Chairperson Colm Marron, Secretary Majella Daly, Assistant Secretary Anthony Marron, Treasurer Denise Hand, Assistant Treasurer Mark Robinson, PRO Mary McEneaney, Health and wellbeing Officer Pat McEnaney, Insurance Bernice McNally, Children’s Officer Paula Sweeney and Club Safety Officer Pat McEnaney. Massive congratulations to Club Person Of The Year Secretary Majella Daly and to Club Player Of The Year Michael Connolly. Best wishes to the incoming Committee and to those not seeking re-election for 2022 we extend our gratitude.

Corduff Gaels Light Up! Once more due to popular demand the running track will be open each week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm . Please note both pitches will be closed. All children running or walking on the track are the sole responsibility of their parents / guardians and must not be on the pitches or parking area. Hope to see both young and old on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Countdown To Christmas Raffle:

Following on from the success of last year’s Countdown To Christmas Raffle Corduff Ladies are holding it once again this year only this time with bigger and better prizes each week culminating in a super top prize of €1000 in the last draw!

Massive thanks to everyone who helped out in any way on Saturday last in O’Gorman’s or Cloughvalley Stores selling lines for the draw. Due to the large number of committee members and players who helped out on the day each person had only to do one 1 hour slot. To each of you we extend our gratitude. A huge thank you to both stores for giving us the opportunity to sell in 2 prime locations in town. To the general public who supported the raffle we extend our thanks and also to all the very generous sponsors.
