Intermediate Team

Unfortunately, it wasn’t our day last Saturday as we succumbed to a more determined Cremartin side in our final relegation match in the Intermediate Championship. Frustratingly enough we were probably the better footballing side on the day but when you finish with a tally of 18 wides you’re not going to win many matches…. Cremartin on the other hand took their chances and a few opportunistic goals at key moments edged it for them. What it all means now is unless we can go on and win the Intermediate league, we will be relegated to the Junior ranks for 2022.

We play Doohamlet in the league semi-final in Killanny this Sunday at 2.00pm
