IFC Group 2 Rd 5. The Senior Emyvale squad travelled to Smithboro’ to face off against Eire Og in the final round of the IFC round robin. What started as a close affair, with both sides trading scores saw Emyvale take greater control of the game and used possesion more wisely with a well taken Karl Gallgher goal the tipping point of the first half. Emyvale took the first score of the second half , with both sides scoring 2 points each including a fine point by Robbie Mc Allister, before another Emyvale goal by Michael Hamill provided the catalyst for Emyvale to kick on with subsequent goals and points by David Mc Allister, Ben Ryan, Robbie Mc Allister and Aaron Loughran saw Emyvale take a commanding win on a score line of Eire Og 0:11 – 6:12 Emyvale. This qualifies us straight to the IFC Semi final on Sunday 31st October at 2:30pm venue tbc, where we will face the winners of Tyholland and Aughnamullen.

U17’s Had a great win over Aughnamullen on Friday evening last in the div.3 cup semifinal. A tight affair throughout saw Emyvale come out on top on a scoreline of 4:9-4:7 to Emyvale. We face Donaghmoyne in the div.3 cup final. Good luck to everyone involved.

U15’s div.1 team play our neighbours Truagh in the Div.1 Championship Shield Final in Tyholland at 3pm on Saturday. Please show your support for our players and management in the U15 season finale.

U13 Hard luck to our U13 squad who lost out to Truagh in their championship quarter final on Monday evening last. It was a brave effort especially with some key players out, but everyone rolled up their sleeves and tried their hardest. This ends our U13 involvement for the season but the management would like to thank the players for their effort all season and wish them well next season.

U11 Training has now finished for the season. Next outing is the Truagh tournament on Saturday. Please follow Whatsapp or Clubforce for details.

Scór The 2019/20 Covid postponed Ulster Scór has been rescheduled for the 30th October in Silverbridge, Co. Armagh.

Congratulations to Ryan Mc Anespie on his recent nomination for a PwC All-Star award. An incredible and deserving honour for one of our own club players, who’s performance’s stand out at a club and national level.
