Currin Reserves:

Our reserves face Rockcorry this Wednesday night in the quarter final of the Championship at 8pm in Cloghan. We wish players and management all the best. Hope everyone can get out and support the lads.

Currin Seniors:

On Saturday last, we took on Scotstown in the second round of the Junior championship, but our first outing and just about won by the narrowest of margins with a final score of 0-12 to -0-11. Currin started the game very lively and went 5 points to no score up. We led comfortably going in to the first water

break, but unfortunately that was our final score for first half and went in leading by a point at 0-7 to 0-6.

Scotstown resumed the second half where they left off and went into the water break 2 points up, 0-7 to 0-9. However, the lads rallied and brought the game back level, both teams were awarded frees which were converted leaving the game all square. A point each from both teams from play left it a draw before we were awarded a free which was converted to give us the lead. That was to be the final score.
