Juveniles:
Our annual juvenile registration and presentation evening was held on Sunday last with a massive turn out of both parents and children. We would like to thank Ryan Wylie, Mark Counihan, Jeremy Treanor, Gary Mohan, Cian Maguire and Ronan Boyle for their attendance and advice given to the juveniles on the night. Also a big thank you to all who helped and supported the event, its greatly appreciated.
U6 Nursery – U 7 Training – due to start mid April, dates will be confirmed closer to the time.
U9 Training – Wednesdays in Carrickroe Community Centre from 7-8pm.
U11 Training – Wednesdays in St Ciarans Ballygawley from 7-8pm
U13 Training – Monday & Wednesday in St Mellans 7.00 -8.15pm.
U13 Development league begins this Saturday 14th March.
U15 Training – Tuesday & Friday’s in St Mellans from 6.30-7.45pm
U18/U17 Training – Tuesday & Thurday’s in St Mellans from 7-8pm

Football: Both our C and B teams got off to a poor start to their respective league campaigns last weekend losing to Scotstown and Donaghmoyne respectively. Bs have a chance to get the season going with a home game against Latton this Saturday at 5pm. All support welcome. Seniors continue to train in preparation for our first league game at the end of the month.

Ladies: U14.: Training continues Thursday and Sunday. Feile competition due to take place on 28th March.
U16 & Minors: Training continues Thursday and Sunday.
Seniors: Our Seniors ladies had their first game of the season against Aughnamullen in St. Mellans.
Truagh started off brightly with some good scores,but a strong Aughnamullen outfit ran out eventual winners. We train during the week as per messages with another reserve league this weekend.
Keep Free: Easter Monday after mass in Carrickroe Community Centre for our annual cake sale.

Handball:
Juvenile All Ireland Championship. It was hard luck for Aoibhinn Mc Cluskey where on Sunday she lost the Girls U15 Singles All Ireland Semi-final, to Eimear Barron from Kilkenny.
Adult Club Singles. The club adult singles now are at semi-final stage, in the “Gola Woodworks Cup” and in the “Robert O Reilly Engineering Cup”, the doubles competition is ready for rolling out and will be hopefully next week.
Juvenile Club Blitz. We are running an end of year juvenile blitz this Saturday coming the 14th with play beginning at 4pm, it will be a fun event to close the competitive year, this will accommodate all juvenile players from beginners to the top section players in the juvenile league.
Table Quiz. We will be running our annual table quiz on Friday night the 27th of March beginning at 8:30pm, we will also be having our presentation of any club awards on the night, so can all winners of any club competitions please make a special effort to attend, both adult and juvenile, get your thinking caps on !

Registration: FOR ALL CODES continues this Friday night from 7.30 to 9.30. Also after Ballyoisin and Carrickroe masses on Sunday. All players need to get their membership paid ASAP.
