Lotto:  There was no winner of last week’s Jackpot Prize of €5200.  The numbers drawn were 3, 14, 19, and 27.  There were 4 Match 3 Winners – Shane Hughes, Glaslough, Catherine McCaffrey, Monaghan, Padraig Connolly, Carrickroe, and Dympna Corrigan, Emyvale.  Sellers Prizes: Weekly – Josie Brady, Yearly – Hurlers.  Next week’s Jackpot Prize €5300.  The lotto draw takes place at 10.30pm sharp every Sunday Night, any lottos received after the draw takes place will be deferred until the following week’s draw.  Lotto can now be done online – go to truagh.club to see details

SFL Div 1:  Latton v Gaeil Triucha this Sun 22nd Sept at 12.30pm in Latton

Results
SFC:  Gaeil Triucha 2-13 v 0-19 Scotstown (Scotstown win on penalties).  After last weekend’s narrow loss on penalties our Seniors will face Latton again on Sunday week for a place in the Semi-Finals of the Championship.

Scor:  There will be a meeting in St. Mellan’s next Tuesday 24th September 2019 at 7pm for anyone interested in taking part in Scór na bPáistí (primary school children) and Scór na nÓg (up to u17).
Scór competitions will take place on Friday 25th October (Scór na bPáistí) with Scór na nÓg taking place on Saturday 16th November.

Ladies:  U12: Well done to our U11 team who battled hard but lost to O Neill Shamrocks in a Division 4 shield semi final last Friday. Thanks to EMYVALE DRYCLEANERS who kindly sponsored this game.
Best wishes and good luck to our U12 team who play Tyholland in league final on Saturday in Aghabog at 11:00. All support would be greatly appreciated.
Minors: played Killeevan  in a great game winning the match by 2 points.  DUNMORAN FUEL kindly sponsored this game. A challenge match is organised for this week at home to Armagh Harps. Kick off at 6:30pm.  Next game is a league match against Monaghan Harps this Sunday in Monaghan Harps at 10:00 am.

Healthy Clubs:  As part of our Healthy Club Initiative Stretch and Tone Fitness Class commences in St. Mellans on Thurs 26th Sept at 8pm Cost €40 for 6 weeks.  Payment must be received by Cheryl the fitness instructor on Thurs 26th Sept to secure your place.  Registration from 7.30pm.  The Stretch and Tone Class consists of core, arms, legs and light stretching exercises.  Suitable for both males and females.  All ages and fitness levels welcome.  Please bring water bottle and exercise mat.
Family Fun Fitness for Parents and Children will commence pending interest in St Mellans on Tues 24th Sept at 7pm.  A minimum registration of 15 or more children is needed for the class to commence.  Contact Healthy Clubs Officer Pauline McCarey 0874300770.

Handball:  AGM. St.Mellans Handball Club will be holding its AGM this evening the 19th at 8pm in the complex, all welcome to come along help out and have an input into the club, all new committee members welcome, old and new.
New Season Beckons. As we approach the new 2019/2020 handball season anyone young or old going to play handball this season or those thinking of making a return to the alley you can contact Brendy on 0879927403.
Juvenile Registration. We will be holding a few nights registration for the juvenile players in the very next week or so, so keep an eye on notes and messages will be sent as per WhatsApp, but we encourage you all to start back into practise before the season begins.
