Currin Seniors

Unfortunately, the lads had to forfeit their last game against Clontibret on Friday evening due to all the injuries. However, training continues and our last game is on the 22nd of September at home to Castleblaney. The lads have done themselves proud this year so come and support.

Juveniles

U7, U9, U11 and U13

These groups will travel to Redhills for challenge matches this Saturday. Coaches will be in touch with arrangements.

U15

Our U15s who are amalgamated with Killeevan (Patrick Sarsfields) put in a powerful second half display on Saturday evening last in Scotshouse to

overwhelm Corduff in the Under 15 Div 4 Championship Quarter Final. From a 4 point lead at half time the lads stormed to a 17 point win and have earned a semi-final against Monaghan Harps. Final score Patrick Sarsfields 7-11 Corduff 1-10. Semi-finals are scheduled for this Thursday 12th September. Venue to be confirmed. Please support.

U17

Our U17s who are amalgamated with Aghabog (Patrick Emmets) put in another superb performance last Tuesday in front of a very good crowd, in very difficult conditions. Teams got prolonged appreciation at the end of this classic. PE trailed 1-06 to 1-05 at HT and Aughamullen got a goal straight from the restart. PE led by a goal halfway through the second half but Aughnamullen rallied. The game ended in a deserved draw. Patrick Emmets 2-15 Aughnamullen 2-15.

They play now in the Div 3 Quarter Finals on Tuesday against St. Tiarnach Sarsfields in St Tiarnach’s Park, Clones at 6.15pm. Please support.
