Lotto. The numbers drawn on Monday 17th December were 4, 10, 20 and 21. The Jackpot was not won and the following four players claimed fifty euro each in the Lucky Dip……Paddy McDonnell, Meath Hill, Pat and Kathleen Freeman, James Finnegan, Magheross and Amy Grimes, Essexford.
The four Christmas Lucky Dip winners were Joan Freeman, Camaghy, Trisha Hughes, c/o Hughes Bar, McKeown Family, Lattinalbany, Dan Kindlon, c/o Donal Kindlon.
The next draw will be held on Monday 7th January in the clubrooms and the jackpot will be 7,200 euro.
The Chairman and Executive wish to thank all the Lotto players for their support once again in 2012. The club could not continue without the ongoing support from the Club Lotto.

Gala Dinner Dance. Remember Friday February 1st is the date for the Gala Dinner Dance to celebrate the victories of both the senior ladies’ and men’s teams in 2012. The venue is Cabra Castle and proceedings will begin with a five course meal, served at 8.00 sharp, and the presentation of medals to members of both team. Tickets are now on sale from the Ladies’ Club and from the Men’s Executive.
All the funds raised from this event will be used to help with the pitch redevelopment. Tickets are strictly limited in number. A pair of tickets would make an ideal present for family members at this time of the year.
Monaghan Yearbook. A number of copies of the Monaghan GAA Yearbook are for sale in O’Rourke’s shop. It includes reports on the activities in the county during the year as well as contributions from some of the school children in the different parishes in the county.
Christmas Wishes. The chairman extends Christmas Greetings to members and supporters at home and wherever in the world these note are read. Hopefully some of these supporters will be able to join us during the Gathering in 2013.
