Alpha Lotto – Winning Letters for last Sunday nights lotto in the Skule Inn was D,V,G,T. There was no jackpot winner. The winners of the €20 lucky dips were Christina Mc Mahon, Magherarney, Amy Johnston, Magherarney, Sean Flynn, Drumslavog, Henry Family, Co Kildare, Magherarney Teachers, Magherarney-MD. Canon Mc Cabe, Roslea, Frankie Rooney, Castleblayney. Next week’s draw will on Sunday night in Bens Place.   The Jackpot will be €5,650. Team A is on lotto duty on Sunday 23^rd  December. We would like to thank everybody who has supported us by playing the lotto in the past year. Your support is greatly appreciated and we could not function without it. Also, the club wishes to thank most sincerely the Skule Inn & Bens Place who facilitate the holding of the lotto as well as our dedicated members who sell the tickets on a weekly basis. We rely on these people and they should be commended for their dedication.

Membership – membership rates for 2013 will remain unchanged at €20 and can be paid to Enda McCluskey. We would encourage existing club members to renew their subscriptions as soon as possible and we would sincerely welcome any newcomers wishing to join. All Senior players are reminded that monies must be paid before the commencement of the 2013 season.

Congratulations – We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Damian and Eimear Mullen on the recent birth of their baby girl Aoife.

Speedy Recovery – to clubman Seamus Murray who is currently hospitalised

Mouth Guards – A reminder to parents of all our players up to minor age that as and from January 1 2013 mouth guards are compulsory for players in this age group. They must be worn at training and matches. An information sheet will be circulated to all underage players and parents prior to the commencement of the 2013 season.

Season’s Greetings – Eire Og GAA wish you all a very happy, peaceful and safe Christmas and we wish you and yours all the very best in 2013. Well done to every player who wore the blue and gold jersey at whatever level and thanks to all our members, sponsors, coaches and parents for their continued support both physically and financially during the year.
