Castleblayney Hurling Club Notes

Special General Meeting – The club are holding a special general meeting at the Concert Hall, Our Ladys Secondary School tonight (Thursday). It is important that all members attend.

Winter Training Programme – The juvenile training programme begins its spring term tonight (Thursday) at the usual times and venues. New kids are always welcome; more details can be obtained from Brian Sherry 086-2334287, Keith Hanratty 086-8225982 and Ray McArdle 087-1383603

Membership – MembershipMembership is now due and will be collected by committee members over the coming weeks; costs for the year are €20 for an adult, €30 for a family membership and €10 for a juvenile. It is particularly important for all players to register early as they will not be covered for insurance unless they are registered members.

U12 training – U12 training continues on Wednesday nights at Rath na nOg (7.00-8.00PM).
Presentation Night: The 2009 Junior B championship medals, 2010 Junior double medals and other outstanding medals with be presented in The Spinning Wheel on 18th February, more details closer to the time.

Circuit Training – Faughs man Marc Loughman is taking a circuit training class in the Scout Hall on Tuesday nights (8.45PM). The class is open to men and women and costs €5 per night. Marc can be contacted at 0879489207.

Lotto – Lotto numbers for the week ending 17th January 2011 were 7, 11, 13 and 26. There was no Jackpot winner; three people matched 3 numbers to win €50 each; Sandra O Bhrion 33BN, Emmet McDonagh 105 Ard na Lorgan and Aoife Keenan Muckno Street. Next week’s jackpot is €11,000.
